The Sunrise Exchange Club was founded in 1970. We are a member of the Heartland District of the National Exchange Club. The Exchange Club is an all-volunteer, national service organization for men and women who want to serve their community, develop leadership skills and enjoy new friendships. Exchange is made up of more than 700 clubs and more than 22,000 members throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. The Sunrise Club includes about 25 members from the Cedar Valley. Also located in the Cedar Valley are the Waterloo Exchange Club, the Cedar Falls Exchange Club and the Waverly Exchange Club.
